You will be notified when the patient attends and kept up to date with timely communication about their treatment plan to ensure safe collaborative care.

We are also happy to be a part of Team Care Arrangements. It should be noted that Nurse Practitioner Medicare visits are not included in the 5 visit per year. Patients can see Nurse Practitioners as many times as they need and still receive a Medicare rebate.
