Our Nurse Practitioner Bernadette Crosbie is able to cater for many of your healthcare needs remotely via Telehealth.
We welcome new patients. Telehealth consultations are suitable for health concerns such as weight loss & weight management, mental health checks & coaching, repeat prescriptions, sick certificates and general medical advice.
We look after patients from all around Australia. Our Telehealth consultations may be subject to a medicare rebate.
Telehealth Phone Consultation Fees:
Long Appointment
$140 (Medicare Rebate of $54.85)
Regular Appointment
$80 (Medicare Rebate of $37.15)
Short Appointment
$55 (Medicare Rebate of $19.55)
If you are a New Patient it is most appropriate to book your first consultation as a Long Appointment, otherwise you may need to reschedule a follow up if there is not enough time to discuss all your healthcare needs. If you have any questions about which to book please phone or email the clinic.
