MEDICURA MEMBERSHIPS

Minimum 3 months membership applies.  Direct debits are monthly.   Membership can be paused for up to 4 weeks at a time after your initial 3 month period. 2 weeks notice is required to cancel or pause memberships. Monthly custom in-clinic treatments must be used in the month and cannot be carried over to the next month.  They are not transferrable.  Discounts cannot be used with any other offer.  Medicura reserve the right to cancel any membership without notice. First month billed on the day of joining and then billed on the 1st of each month.

PROMOTIONAL GIFT VOUCHERS FROM EVENTS OR SPONSORSHIPS

Promotional gift vouchers ($50 or $100) issued at events or through sponsorships are limited to one voucher per person and are intended for new patients only. Vouchers are non-transferable and may be used towards skin, aesthetics, or health consultations and treatments. They are not redeemable for products or hair removal services, and cannot be used as a deposit for an appointment. Medicura reserves the right to decline to honour a voucher where required.

CLINIC CORRESPONDENCE

Medicura may contact you via email, telephone, SMS or post, for appointment reminders, follow up of test/results, information regarding your healthcare management and clinic promotions/updates regarding health and aesthetics.
