Another one pot wonder! Nourishing, delicious, and packed with flavour.

High in protein, rich in omega-3s, and made with wholesome ingredients, it’s a delicious way to support your skin, metabolism, and overall health.

Ingredients:

100-200g Smoked Salmon
1 Onion diced
3 tablespoons Cobram Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
1 Box Qetoe Fettuccine Pasta (low carb high protein)
400g Green Beans with ends removed
170g Tomato Paste
1 Punnet Cherry Tomatoes, halfved
Salt to taste
Parmesan Cheese to top

Method:

  1. Heat EVOO in large saucepan, then add onion saute.

  2. Add beans and salt and continue to saute.

  3. Break up smoked salmon, add to pan and heat through.

  4. Add pasta and then enough boiling water to just cover the pasta - stir through and pop the lid on to simmer on medium heat.

  5. The water should start to absorb into the pasta.

  6. Lastly add cherry tomatoes and tomato paste and mix through.

  7. If the mix is too wet allow to simmer for a little longer with lid off.

  8. Then you are ready to serve - top with herbs or parmesan cheese - YUMO
