Mushroom Protein Bites
We love this protein-packed mushroom treat!
Try it cold on a cheese platter when you are having friends over, it’s sure to be a winner!
Ingredients:
Good splash of Cobram Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Lots of Mushrooms
3 tbsp Cottage Cheese
Generous sprinkle of Moroccan Seasoning
Method:
Preheat oven to 190°C (Fan-forced).
Remove mushroom stalks and place into a bowl.
Place mushrooms onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and drizzle with the extra virgin olive oil.
Dice up the mushroom stalks and then add cottage cheese and moroccan seasoning to taste. Mix well.
Scoop mixture into mushroom cups.
Bake for 25-40 minutes or until browned.
Serve hot or cold!
Tips: Great to have as an appetiser when entertaining and can be prepared ahead of time!
