We love this protein-packed mushroom treat!

Try it cold on a cheese platter when you are having friends over, it’s sure to be a winner!

Ingredients:

Good splash of Cobram Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Lots of Mushrooms

3 tbsp Cottage Cheese

Generous sprinkle of Moroccan Seasoning

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 190°C (Fan-forced).

  • Remove mushroom stalks and place into a bowl.

  • Place mushrooms onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and drizzle with the extra virgin olive oil.

  • Dice up the mushroom stalks and then add cottage cheese and moroccan seasoning to taste. Mix well.

  • Scoop mixture into mushroom cups.

  • Bake for 25-40 minutes or until browned.

  • Serve hot or cold!


Tips: Great to have as an appetiser when entertaining and can be prepared ahead of time!
