Super easy and a great sweet treat anytime of the day or night. This one can vary so much depending on the flavours you choose.

Ingredients:

1 sachet of Low Calorie Jelly

1 - 2 heaped tablespoons of Collagen Powder

2 cups of boiling water

Optional Topping - High Protein Yogurt

Method:

  • Pour half the boiling water into a heat proof container.

  • Then sprinkle in the collagen powder and jelly crystals.

  • Mix very very well until all disolved.

  • Then add the other half of the boiling water.

  • Stir well and place into the refrigerator to set (this is best left overnight).

  • When jelly is set, you can serve as is or to make it extra delicious add topping of your favourite flavour protein yogurt and enjoy.

    Keeps well refrigerated for up to 4 days. Perfect as a dessert or snack anytime of the day or night.
