Starting your day can be tough, but breakfast doesn’t have to be with our Protein-Packed Scramble!

Ingredients:

2 Eggs

1 small tin of Baked Beans

2 High Protein Cottage Cheese

Murray River Salt

Pepper

Avocado to serve (optional)

Method:

  • Crack eggs into microwave-safe bowl and whisk.

  • Add baked beans and cottage cheese into the bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Microwave egg mixture for two minutes.

  • Mix egg mixture and microwave for another minute or until desired texture.

  • Enjoy on it’s own or serve with avocado on top!


Tips: Perfect for those who don’t have lots of time for breakfast in the mornings or while travelling!
