Protein-Packed Scramble
Quick, easy, and loaded with fuel to keep you energized all morning!
Starting your day can be tough, but breakfast doesn’t have to be with our Protein-Packed Scramble!
Ingredients:
2 Eggs
1 small tin of Baked Beans
2 High Protein Cottage Cheese
Murray River Salt
Pepper
Avocado to serve (optional)
Method:
Crack eggs into microwave-safe bowl and whisk.
Add baked beans and cottage cheese into the bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Microwave egg mixture for two minutes.
Mix egg mixture and microwave for another minute or until desired texture.
Enjoy on it’s own or serve with avocado on top!
Tips: Perfect for those who don’t have lots of time for breakfast in the mornings or while travelling!
