This Tuna Avocado Mash is perfect for spreading on toast or serving as a tasty snack for your little ones!

Ingredients:

Small tin of Tuna (We love Sirena Soy and Ginger flavour!)

Half an Avocado

Half a Lemon

Method:

  • Mash the avocado.

  • Drain the tuna and add to avocado.

  • Squeeze in the lemon juice.

  • Mix and mash until smooth! Enjoy.


Tips: Serve on toast, english muffins or plain by the spoon or in the Subo!
