Enjoy these protein-packed sour gummies without feeling guilty!

This recipe is super easy and is completely customisable! We’ve chosen raspberry for this recipe but you can choose any flavour you want!

These gummies are perfect for when you get that sweet craving, and the extra nutritional ingredient of collagen powder means this sweet treat is also good for your hair, skin, nails and gut health!

Ingredients:

1 sachet of Aeroplane Jelly Lite Low Calorie Jelly Crystals

1 scoop of Feel Good Protein Tasteless Protein Collagen

2 tsp of McKenzie’s Gelatine Powder

1 tsp of McKenzie’s Citric Acid (can be adjusted to how sour you want your gummies to be!)

1/2 cup boiling water

1 tsp room temperature water

Method:

  • Place the jelly crystals and gelatin powder into a bowl.

  • Pour your room temperature water into the bowl and stir. Wait five minutes to allow the gelatin to bloom.

  • After five minutes has passed, pour your boiling water into the bowl and mix well until the jelly and gelatin have fully dissolved.

  • Once dissolved, add in your protein collagen powder and your citric acid and mix well to dissolve.

  • Place your jelly mixture into a mould and then place into the fridge overnight. You can get creative and use fun-shaped moulds!

  • Once your jelly mixture has set, Enjoy!

    Keeps well refrigerated and covered for up to 3 days. Perfect as a sweet treat anytime of the day!
